Features
Reads the whole thing
A four-hour livestream gets read end to end. You skip the scrubbing and start from a shortlist instead of a timeline.
Highlights of more than one kind
Funny beats, sharp opinions, clean explanations, and genuine reveals all surface — not just the loudest 10 seconds in the file.
Ranked with the reasoning attached
Highlights come back ordered by score with a five-criterion breakdown, so you know which to post first and why it ranked there.
Set it once per channel
Monitor a YouTube, Twitch, or Kick channel and highlights get generated from every new upload automatically, usually within minutes.
How It Works
Paste any YouTube URL
From a 10-minute upload to a four-hour livestream. Source limits are 2 hours on Starter, 5 on Pro, 10 on Scale.
Moments get scored and ordered
The full video is read and every segment scored for staying power, with the strongest surfaced first.
Review and publish
Skim the ranked highlights, cut the ones you disagree with, and post to TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and 10+ other destinations.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the YouTube highlights generator work?
The video is transcribed, then every segment is scored for how likely it is to hold a viewer who has no context — how it opens, whether it resolves, how the energy moves. The strongest are cut, reframed to 9:16, and captioned. You see the score breakdown next to each one.
How many highlights does it generate per video?
Around nine from a typical video. Denser sources give more, and the per-video cap depends on plan: 6 on Starter, 12 on Pro, 15 on Scale.
Does it work for all types of YouTube content?
Podcasts, gaming, interviews, lectures, vlogs, and news commentary all work well. Flat screen-share tutorials and music-only uploads are the weak cases — there is little variation to rank, so the shortlist comes back thin. Better to know that before you spend credits on it.
Can I generate highlights from very long videos?
Yes, up to 10 hours of source on Scale (5 on Pro, 2 on Starter). Turnaround scales with length — a typical video is about 10–15 minutes, a multi-hour stream proportionally longer. Twitch and Kick VODs also bill only the highlight segments, usually 35–90 credits for a multi-hour stream.
How is this different from YouTube's built-in clips feature?
YouTube's clip tool is genuinely useful and free, but it does three things this does not: it needs you to pick the moment, it stays horizontal, and the clip lives on YouTube rather than becoming a file you can post to TikTok. Use it for sharing a moment in a Discord. Use this when you need vertical, captioned files posted across platforms without watching the source.
Can I set up automatic highlight generation for a channel?
Yes. Channel monitoring processes every new upload from a YouTube, Twitch, or Kick channel — highlights are generated and can post automatically or wait for your approval. Starter covers 1 channel, Pro 3, Scale 10.
