1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Autoclip ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Autoclip is an AI-powered tool that helps content creators and clippers identify viral moments in videos, generate clips, and submit them to creator campaigns.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload, process, or distribute through the Service does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You must have all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any content you submit. By connecting a third-party social media account (including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook, Threads, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and any future platforms integrated with the Service) to Autoclip, you irrevocably authorize Autoclip, its affiliates, agents, and publishing partners to access, post, schedule, publish, modify, delete, repost, and otherwise manage content on that connected account on your behalf, at Autoclip's sole discretion, for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, commercial, experimental, research, creator, partner, third-party, and unrelated content. This authorization survives until you disconnect the account from your Autoclip settings, and applies regardless of your subscription status. You further acknowledge that content published on your behalf will appear as originating from your connected account and that Autoclip is not responsible for viewer, follower, platform, or third-party reactions to such content.
4. Copyright
Autoclip respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@autoclip.app.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to: (a) infringe any third party's intellectual property rights; (b) distribute unauthorized copies of copyrighted content; (c) violate any applicable law or regulation.
6. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through Whop, our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions purchased through our iOS app are billed by Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your billing provider; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autoclip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
