What happens when I run out of credits?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits (1 credit = 1 source minute of video processed). Once you use up your credits, new video processing pauses until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to immediately unlock more credits. Unused credits do not roll over.
How much do Twitch and Kick streams cost in credits?
Way less than their runtime. For stream VODs, AutoClip pre-filters the broadcast and only processes its top highlight segments, plus a small length-based processing fee (1 credit per 20 minutes of broadcast) — so a multi-hour stream typically bills 35–90 credits total, roughly 80–90% less than minute-for-minute pricing. A 9-hour stream runs about 90 credits instead of ~585. Regular videos bill 1 credit per processed source minute, and you can narrow the processing window on any video to spend less.
Can I get more credits mid-cycle?
Yes. If you run low before your renewal date, you can stack an additional subscription on any tier from your account settings — it starts immediately at full price, no free trial, and its credits and limits add on top of what you already have.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your account settings, and you can cancel at any time through whichever provider bills you — the “Manage your subscription on Whop” link on your Subscription page if you subscribed on the web, or Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → AutoClip if you subscribed in our iOS app. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Payments are final and non-refundable except in rare, exceptional circumstances — see our Refund Policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and other local payment methods. All payments are processed securely and we never store your card details on our servers.
What's the difference between clips and posts?
A clip is a single short-form video generated from a source video. A post is when that clip is published to one of your connected social accounts. For example, posting one clip to TikTok and Instagram Reels counts as 1 clip and 2 posts.
Do I get charged for failed or low-quality clips?
No. If AutoClip's AI fails to process a video or produces an error, it does not consume credits. Only successfully processed source minutes are counted against your monthly credits. And if a scheduled social post fails to publish, the credits for that post are automatically refunded to your balance.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes! Annual billing saves 40% versus paying monthly, on every plan. Starter is $149.99/year ($12.49/mo effective), Pro is $299.99/year ($24.99/mo effective), and Scale is $599.99/year ($49.99/mo effective). Switch to annual billing on the pricing page or during checkout.
