Podcast Clip Extractor
Long-form audio, handled as long-form audio — not as a short video that happens to run three hours.

Features
Whole Episode, Not the First Hour
Three and four-hour episodes are scored all the way through. The best exchange in a long interview is rarely in the first twenty minutes, and truncating the analysis would lose it.
Cuts Land on Speaker Changes
Multi-speaker handling means a clip starts when the guest starts answering, not four words into the answer. A cut that begins mid-sentence reads as sloppy no matter how good the content is.
Framing That Follows Whoever Is Talking
In a two-camera setup, the vertical frame moves to the person speaking. For shows recorded as a fixed two-shot, keep both in frame instead.
Separate Channels, One Dashboard
Run a clip channel per show without mixing their queues, caption styles, or posting schedules. Scale connects up to 25 social accounts.
How It Works
Add the show's YouTube channel
Most big podcasts publish full episodes to YouTube. Paste the channel URL and new episodes get picked up automatically, usually within minutes of going live.
The episode gets scored end to end
Every moment is ranked, so a strong tangent at the 2:50:00 mark competes with the intro. Credits bill at 1 per source minute, so a 3-hour episode runs about 180 credits — worth planning against your 200 / 500 / 1200 monthly allowance.
Review the top few
Clips come back ranked. Approve what you want and dismiss the rest in one pass rather than opening each one.
Drip them across the week
Spread five clips over seven days instead of dumping them on release day. Post to TikTok, Shorts, and Reels from the same queue.
Frequently Asked Questions
What podcast formats does this handle best?
Two-person interviews are the strongest case — there's a question, an answer, and a reaction, which is most of what a short clip needs. Solo monologue shows work but yield fewer strong candidates, because there's no second face and no reaction to cut to. Panel shows with four people talking over each other are the hardest case; expect to fix some clip boundaries by hand.
Can I clip podcasts that are only on Spotify or Apple?
Not by URL. AutoClip works from public YouTube, Twitch, and Kick sources. If a show is audio-exclusive somewhere else, you'd need to bring the file in yourself. Most large shows post the full episode to YouTube anyway — start there.
How many clips does a 3-hour episode produce?
Around 9 from a typical source, and long episodes often sit at the higher end. It depends far more on the conversation than the runtime: a dense hour beats a meandering three. Your plan caps the per-video ceiling at 6 on Starter, 12 on Pro, 15 on Scale.
How long does a 4-hour episode take to process?
Longer than the roughly 10–15 minutes a typical video takes — processing scales with source length, so a four-hour episode takes proportionally longer. Also check your plan's source-length limit: 2 hours on Starter, 5 on Pro, 10 on Scale. Four-hour episodes need Pro or above.
